1. Return Eligibility
At rim gallery customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your scrunchies and bows! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Damaged, used, or altered products will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used scrunchies or hair accessories
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance products
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Description of the issue
We will review your request and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund if approved.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be sent through the original payment method or bank transfer (if applicable).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
5. Exchange Policy
Need a different color or style? We offer exchanges based on product availability.
Exchange conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Request must be made within 7 days
- Customer may need to pay return shipping charges
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
